Update step 7 V5.2 licens to the new version for Windows vista

ClausHansen Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Can any on give my some advice to update step 7 V5.2 licens to the new Windows Vista. My software for step 7 V5.2 can not be install on a Windows Vista operativ system so I hope that I can order a Step 7 update for Windows Vista, install the update Step 7 software on my new computer with Windows Vista, put the Step 7 V5.2 licens disk in the computer, an install the licens V5.2, and after that update to the new licens V5.X. Denilson Pegaia Platinum Member Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 6/9/2023 Posts: 4184 Rating: (1343)	Hi, if you buy a upgrade for your STEP7 V5.2 to a new version, you will recive a complet version of the STEP 7 that can be installed in Windows Vista. The difference about upgrade and full version of the STEP 7 stay not on the installation midia (CD/DVD) but in the License. When you buy a upgrade version, you just recive a upgrade License. To convert a a upgrade License to a Full, it is necessary to "kill" a old full license version of the software.
