updated my TIA Selection Tool to 8.0.0.8137 now not opening

dshha Advanced Member Joined: 6/15/2010 Last visit: 2/18/2021 Posts: 31 Rating: (1)	I have just updated my TIA portal from 7.0.0.6427 to8.0.0.8137 and guess what it is now not opening. I'm stuck now. I have checked my Windows Update and it is latest. So as MS .NET FRAMEWORK (I've got 4.5.2) Can you please advise way forward. ------------- new subject after splitting from TIA Selection Tool upadate to 7.0.0.6427 fatal error

I recommend that you download the TIA Selection Tool again from here: www.siemens.com/tia-selection-tool-standalone Delete your current version (you only have to delete the folder “SelectionTool”, or rename it). Unpack the ZIP archive and start the exe file in the folder “SelectionTool”.

Download the TIA Selection Tool again from here: www.siemens.com/tia-selection-tool-standalone and delete your current version (you only have to delete the folder “SelectionTool”, or rename it). You will find this file in the folder "SelectionTool/logging".

Thandayudhapani Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am also having same problem. After upgrading from 7 to 8, TIA is not working And After downloading the standalone zip file version. it shows unexpected end of archive. I am using WINRAR3.90 for extracting. Any solution
