I thin you mean 6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0 ? -> For this CP only exists Firmware V 2.4.2

Download for firmware update V2.4.1 of the CP 443-1 (6GK7443-1EX20-0XE0)

your infos are incorrect in my opinion due your requested HW CP type. Check again pls what other versions your 1EX02 firmware can support. In other case you can send Support request. Be kind inform us about conclusion pls.

and for what reason you need firmware 5.2? Again check if you can update your 1EX02, I see only firmware 1.0.

Firmware version 5.2.0 is listed on the CP itself
