Hello nic_c; Selecting the upgrade license and requesting an upgrade will always show you the "no upgrade available" message, that is normal. If you have selected the original RC(1024) license andrequested the upgrade procedure, you should not have an error code appearing. The procedure to remove the original license and replace it with the upgrade version should initiate immediately. Here is what the Automation License Manager's Online help say about error messages (no list of messages is directly available explaining code #3, for example): Error Message When an error occurs during transfer, the "Wizard for Receiving License Key(s)" dialog opens with an "Incorrect activation codes" list. Hi, if it do not work after closing WinCC you should not copy the license to your hard disk. Let it on the floppy/usb-stick and try it again. Cumu |
