you can upload your PLC station or upload the FCs from PLC to hard disk of your PC. See in this case the manual (link). Open the enclosed PDF file and see chapter "13.3.1 Uploading a Station".

I have question for simatic manager,

Can I take  backup for 2 FC ? If it is possible,  I want to upload just these 2 FC  after changed.

Could you help me for a document or video ?

 My suggestion is to connect directly via MPI to your PLC , in this way you will avoid any mistake.

Go to accessible nodes, select your PLC and just copy/paste the desired FC's.

Please keep in mind that if inside your FC's you have any temp data defined, you will not have comments.
