Upload option is disable in CPU 1214C

I couldnot able to upload the Hardware configuration as well as program blocks from CPU 1214C, because upload option is disabled if I click on CPU and it will get enable only when I select Program Blocks but i need to upload bothe hardware as well as program blocks. I dont have original backup. I am new to the TIA portal system,Can anyone help me to sortout the issue?

Hello Raghavendra, Install the latest TIA Portal v11 SP2 Upd 5 and also the latest Hardware Support Package. I hope your hardware catalog does not list the modules which you are connecting online. STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V11 Support Packages for the hardware catalog in the TIA Portal

Josh Elliott Posts: 204 Rating: (29)	Hello 1.Open a new project. 2.Select the unspecified 1200 cpu. 3.Select "detect Hardware". 4.go online and select upload. now all the hardwareconfiguration including DI/DO will the there.(check whether latest hardware is installed on you hardware catalogue.If not update you're software) Hope This helps.
