Hi. If you use PCU50 (HMI-Advanced). You need to load Windows. Then you should uninstal an old HMI-Advenced, Then you should instal a new HMI-Advanced. If you use PCU20 (HMI-Embedded). You need to generate a new file for its loading in PCU20. Check up the compatibility list. Best regards. P.S.
