Upload program from Sinamics DCM with Siemens PC Adapter USB A2

But cannot communicate with the Sinamics DCM drive . Use window 10 and Stater software V5.3.0.1 Please advise, how to solve the problem. Thank You Satia Universal Cable (M) Berhad Malaysia [snip] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from DCM Communication.

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Member Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (878)	Hello, 6GK1 571 0BA00 is USB to PROFIBUS/MPI adopter. To which port you are connecting communication cable? X126, or X179? Have you set PG/PC & starter communication interface parameters correctly?

Timing is great, so I had a problem last week. The cable pc adapter usb (972-ocb20-0xa0) I used was connected to the dcm driver online, but it gave an error while uploading to pg. I replaced the connecting cable and the problem was resolved maybe the same problem. Just an idea

In starter set access point as drive, set interface as PC adapter (Profibus), set Profibus network properties e.g. click /select PG/PC is the only master on bus, select address 0, timeout 10 sec, transmission rate 1.5 Mbps, highest station address, profile click OK & check.
