If you have noc Project do the following Steps: 1.) create a new empty project in SIMATIC Manager 2.) Upload the Simotion Station and save the project 3.) Open the project in SCOUT an go online to the Devices 4.) Now you can Upload the data But ! When no additional data stored in the Target System (Download Option in Scout) then you can't upload all data ! Youe will get no code from the units , no taskSystemData etc. Regards Christoph

For a profibus communication between simotion and pc you need a Profibus CP, this can be a PROFIBUS PC Adapter or a CP5611 or CP5711 or a other adapter. The Baudrate of the DP interface in simotion is configured in the project which is running on the SIMOTION. Regards Christoph

mnada Posts: 76 Rating: (0)	I'm thinking that when I unload the pg just brings me a part of the program that is in the simotion, the rest does not bring the pg and I get two messages: Integrated SINAMICS offline record not possible i / o variable not upload I have the interface I use with pc usb adapter plc I should clarify that I have no program in simotion pcdel because my client does not come with the machine, I have to upload from the cf card ......... when I try to communicate point to point with integrated sinamics tells me that is not possible because he is set to 20 Mb thanks in advance

mnada Posts: 76 Rating: (0)	estimated change you question. actually I have a servo that stops and speed limit for the machine. and we checked in we put it manually to 600 rpm and gives ok. physically gives 600 rpm. then the idea is to try another servo rotate like no bone to rule out a problem and then replace the motor module, but we spare not the same, in both cases I have to change in the software module for the new engine I do recognition engine to test. I can do this without having the program that is in the simotiond 425, is there any way to do it?

natenut Posts: 33 Rating: (7)	I have successfully uploaded a D435 station and drive objects with below mentioned steps with one exception: 1. Create blank Step7 Project from Step7 Manager 2. Upload station to PG (i had to specify IP address for station and put my PC on the same subnet as controller) 3. open in Scout 4.3 HF17 (it is a scout v4.3 project) 4. in net pro connect my PC/PG station to the network on the controller i'm connected for programming 5. Go into properties for PC/PG in netpro, select network adapter i'm using and check the box for "S7Online active" The line from the PC/PG is now yellow highlighted. 6. go online with device, upload data to PG (i can see the drive objects) This works great but i get the red clutch for my D435 - it looks like i have to re-compile the hardware config and re-download it? Is this right or am I missing a step? I cannot fully upload a system and get all green clutches in the project tree.

Hi, yes this is correct. The hwconfig is new builded with the uploaded SDB Data from the target and get a new timestamp, so you get the red clutch. Regards Christoph
