Hello every body.

I have Simotion D445 with some  single motor modules. One of single motor modules is damaged

with this order number : 6SL3121-1TE21-8AA0

I installed new one with different order  number  : 6SL3121-1TE21-8AA3

now stop LED is on and Simotion D445 isn't run.

Is it possible to upload program and change order number of single motor modules.?

or Simotion D445  must be work correctly with new order number without change HW configuration.

Also I don't have source program of Simotion D445.

what should I do for solving  this problem?

apparently the changing of the motor module should not put the Simotion in STOP mode, so I would double check this since I would expect maybe a SF led, but the RUN led always should be stay green.

If you do not have the software you can TRY to go online with STARTER and you should be able to see the Sinamics Integrated part (NOT Simotion part obviously) and, from that, you can change the motor part number from the expert list.

Obvioulsy it would be better to hae the full program, but you can try what I wrote instead

 Technically I have tried to go online with Starter on a Simotion machine. You are able to see only the Sinamics Integrated part and you cannot (and do not want to) change the Simotion program, nor you can delete / rewrite it, since STARTER acts only in the Sinamics Integrated parametrization (remember RAM TO ROM at the end of all).

It would be better to upload everything before changing the motor model, just in case if you need (want to) rollback.

Obviously you need the appropriate STARTER version. Just give it a try, and let us know :)
