UPS 1600 has error, fault LED is red

Hi pro,

I got a same issue about Sitop UPS 1600 and 1100 battery module.

UPS 1600 has error which fault LED is red.The first picture show the status of UPS 1600 and 1100.

After i replace the new ups 1100 battery module. the error did not disappeared and alarm LED is red also.And the ok LED of ups 1100 is off. The sencond picture.

please help me how to solve it.
