UpTransfer problem

boyn84 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Good day We commissiong UpTransfer on 4MW inductor motor with compressor load. Before commissioning started Client has checked the phasing around the whole system. All was correct(ABC and UVW ect.), but in Debug Tool Input Frequrency has ''-". It can be a reason of wrong phasing. boyn84 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi, If RunRequest_O = 1 then invrunrequest_O = 0. This is logically, but VFD is running and RunRequest_O = 1. Why invrunrequest_O = 1 i dont understand. But i cheked other VFD with SyncTransfer and there is an invrunrequest_O = 1 too. Where i can read the description of invrunrequest_O ? "wrong color lables on cables" is the wrong phasing.

Emlyn @ CHB_Drives Silver Expert Joined: 3/6/2012 Last visit: 12/10/2024 Posts: 155 Rating: (18)	Negative input frequency means the input phases are not correctly ordered. You can use a oscilloscope on the test points TP1, 2, 3 - V1A, V1B, V1Cof the system interface board to verify the phasing.

Gennadiy Posts: 29 Rating: (1)	I always remove the circuit breaker and measure phasing in upper and lower busbars directly with an MV indicator with a phasing probe. In my experience, it is very easy to make a mistake with cabling even if you checked everything a lot of times, so this directmeasurementshould always be used. You should take about your safety during the measurement.

boyn84 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Good day We finded out the reason of problem. It was wrong wiring from CTs to Interface Board. We use the same method of phasing cheking and performed it in this case. After we performed the UpTransfer successfully. With Best Regards

boyn84 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Gennadiy Dear Boyn, I haven't met the CT wrong wiring for years. Who is the manufacturer and what is the year of production of this PH? Manufacturer is a Siemens St.Petersburg factory, 2011 year of production. CT wrong wiring is a fact.
