urgent case.

monier Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir. we have a siwarex module with part no:7MH4950-2AA01. when we connected the two load cells on the two channels of the module and making the calibration for them,the first channel give us correct measurements, but the second channel doesnt give us correct readings although we maked the same settings for the two channels. we replaced this module by another module and it worked correctly with the two channels although the two modules are new and it is the first time to use it. please advise for importance. thanks in advance.

ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Dear monier, please excuse the late answer. If you have the exact same setting on a secondSiwarex U running correct there might be a problem with the first module. Does the first module give a message? What did you see as reading? Whatis different to the second module? Is it possible to read all data from the running second module and try the first module again with this data? And if you are online you can read all data and post it here or send to siwarex.hotline.aud@siemens.com. Regards
