Urgent Update for WinCC V6.2SP2

I have a question and want all of you can help me to solve it: - I currently use WinCC V6.2SP2 which is installed in Core2 Duo Computer. But when an Alarm is appeared, the system is suspended. I don't know why!, this problem is never came before when i used WinCC V6.0SP4. - I have read a link as below, but i am not supplied any Hotfixs for WinCC V6.2 SP2 buy Siemens. https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=25869221&caller=view - So, can you send me a newest Hotfix for WinCC V6.2SP2 to the below email? JMJ Posts: 487 Rating: (45)	You can recieve hot fixes only by contacting Siemens Techsupport with the exact problem as HFs are normally released for specific problems. Please contact Siemens Tech Support for your area

JMJ Posts: 487 Rating: (45)	I do not think this is completely true about support internet site (May be available in Intranet, I do not know as I am not a Siemens Employee for last 8 years). Normally SP releases are available on the website. There have been only a very few HFs that are available for download. I know there are much more HFs . In my cases whenever contacted tech supported they gave me a loggin to a ftp site with a login to download HF.
