Hello Abyrne; I would think what you need is the Teleservicefunctions library. It is the modem-to-MPI interface used with Siemens PLCs for remote monitoring, programming SMS and data exchange. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/15220172 You will have to use a TS Adapter (there are various types, with different properties, some with integrated analogmodemsome with ISDN modem, some for direct connection through outside modem)as descibed in the manual above. I have attached an illustration from the same manual showing connection diagrams for an external modem working with Teleservice and a TS adapter. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier. |
