Hello, You can't install the license with Windows file manager Any attempt to move the license with Windows will kill the license. Open the ALM that was installed with your copy of the Simatic software and use transfer license. If you are trying to install a copied license, sorry we can't help. If you have all the documents that came with the software, contact license hotline. How can you recover defective licenses and authorizations? Regards, Marcjan |

I did format the computer after I installed the license .. How can I recover the license again |
