I check the 'Setting up the IOT2050' instruction but status still same. Is there a special command to activate usb wifi dongle ? Best Regards

Think you can also refer to official Debian supported sticks. There is one more thing you can try: apt install firmware-ralink I've read somewhere that this is needed on Debian. Best regards!
