why can't used button and switches library in wincc professional ?
How can they be used in winc professional?

I need to use switches in wincc professional !!

you can build your own switch in WinCC Professional.

Which one would you need?

1. The that looks like a button with text/a graphic that changes when activated?
2. The one that has two parts and changes the position of the "switch"?
3. Or does it not matter to you?

Option 1 for case 1: (nicer visually)

• Use the button.
• Set Properties > General > Mode to "Toggle"
• add the texts/graphics to "pressed"/"not pressed"
• add a script to see weather the tag is 1 or 0. Set/reset the tag in the script accordingly.

Option 1 for case 2: (like one with own graphics)

• You can use the button for the first one for the second one, too, if you have a graphic of the "Switch" in both positions. 

Option 2 for case 2:

You can alternatively use a slider element.

• Set the minimum scale to 0 and the maximum scale to 1.
• optional: set the Settings fill pattern to "Transparent"
• deactivate Layout > Display scale marks
• If you need text instead of 0/1 you can use text fields and make their visibility dependent on the value of the tag you are switching.

For example, I want a drag and drop rotary Switches for libraries to graphical screen in wincc RT professional, but can not. But in wincc RT advanced it is possible.

I don't really understand what you want to do.

From what you are writing I guess you want a library which contains severals switches, for example a rotary switch. You want to be able to drag&drop the switch in the library into your project.

 If you tell me where the switch you are using in WinCC Advanced came from I might be able to help you. (Did you use a library? A graphic from the Symbol library or the WinCC graphics folder.)

Alternatively show me what it looks like and what functions you want it to have.

We might be able to build something which you can put into a library for further use, if you like it.

If you take a closer look at the rotary switch in its properties, you can see it is a [Switch] with graphic.

You just have to copy the image of ON and OFF graphic and build a new switch in WinCC Pro with the same graphic.

I joined a library cointaining the switch with both graphics to my post.
