User Administration Password Popup not appearing

KnJ0804 Joined: 12/20/2022 Last visit: 3/13/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have created a button on a KTP700 that requires a password. I have setup the User administration and when I simulate the HMI the button works fine. The Login window for the password appears and after entering the password I gain access to the button. When I download to the HMI, this no longer works. The Login window doesn't appear when the button is pressed. Can someone please help. Thank you.

Are you logging in with the same user in both cases? When the Login popup does not appear when the button is pressed on the HMI, is it because it does allow the button to be pressed or does it have no effect? Some screenshots would be useful to clarify these points
