Hi AutoGen_3432607, In order to help you: 1- Does this behavior happen to you in all projects or in a certain one, create a new basic project to see if the behavior is reproducible. 2- I recommend you to delete the IM folder and recompile software and hardware and reload the project: How do you delete the IM folder of your TIA project? 3- Check the display firmware and update to the latest available. 4- What version of TIA PORTAL are you using? I recommend you to update to the latest update available

It is important to the product experts that you mention which version software and which device firmware you are working with. V18 of the software is recommended, updated with the recent update.Some screen capture could help too. ** You may need to speak to Siemens directly via the "Support Request" link. Some problems had come up already that was not covered by the update for V18. I have no personal experience with the Unified platform. But I have seen yesterday some mention of a "WinCC Unified community". It might be worth looking into(?).
