User administration works strange

User administration works strange.....

1. In a "Normal" screen it works fine, I get my own choose up under "Security"--> Authorization. All works fine.

2. Then in the faceplates. I want the same choose as in a "Normal" screen, but NO!  Why is this not availible in Security"--> Authorization in faceplates?
