You can create your levels, create your groups and users in this tool. After you define the level, you can set the property Authorization in Graphic Designer. The second way - with Simatic Logon. The principle is same, only the user will be servised by Windows tool. For right function the name of users group must be same in WinCC and OS Windows Please, read the documentation Structure of the User Administration for more information
