User Archives is not connecting to the server

mglmansilla Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	I am trying to work with User Archives but i get the following error: "Error while setting up connection to User Archive Server" I have looked in the forums and i have tried different proposed solution: - There is no temporary files that can block the application - Microsoft Message Queuing service is installed - I have checked the regional settings related with date/time zone but no one is good for this case. (Note: i have installed the license for User Archives v6.2 with WinCC v6.2 ) I uninstalled and installed again the optional package for User Archives and the license, but nothing happens. I check in the License Automation Manager, i think if i open the User Archives application the license should change its status to "running" or "in use" but there is no modification. Thanks in advance

mglmansilla Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	Sorry Dec, I didn't answer you ... Hi everybody, I have solved my problem contacting the technical support. There was no configuration problem. They sent me a hot fix for wincc v6.2 and that was the solution. Bye, Miguel
