Users not working correctly???

Tia Portal V15.1 Update 7 Comfort Panels (not a particular model, it happened with KTP400 Comfort and also with a TP700 Comfort). Audit Trail license (if it matters) We have some basic users. For some times everything works as expected, then users still log in correctly but when try to touch some buttons under security, the panel asks again for password. Example: I login as an admin to use the "start button", I correctly log in. I can use the start button. Some days passes and the machine is powered off. One day the machine is powered on, the log in works correctly, but when I touch the start button the panel ask again for the password! This makes no sense... I already recompiled everything and downloaded the project again, it worked for some days then the problem occurred again.

Is there a way to restore the users to their default values? Or the only way is to redownload the project? I need to find a way "easy" for the customer and that not need a "pay" software. Some kind of backup...

What the emailing solves is that you do not have to use engineering tool to do that. You can load project to your PC and then send it on site with e.g. e-mail. EDIT: There has been a lot of issues with password aging, when you test your configuration lets say on FAT, everything works fine. But when the product is installed on customers site, that may take months, passwords have aged and no one can log in anymore. Program should ask you to change aged password, but for some reason this does not happen all the time. I have begun to create users for the customer which have only user administration rights, whos password will never expire. L.Lalev dan.v.
