Using a Comfort Panel with S7-PLCSIM

S7-PLCSIM works great for the PLC, however, Wincc Comfort will only simulate 128 powertags (we have 186). We do have the actual HMI we plan to use (TP1500). Can we use the actual HMI and connect to a PC running S7-PLCSIM? If so do we need to create an HMI connection to the simulated PLC? Thanks, Larry

Thanks, Larry Hello, can you test your project partially,I mean each machine is divided to some sections.Check each section with reduced tags to that part while others are deleted.It is not a perfect solution just a workaround.
