Using CPU RTC Clock

Hi,

We'd like to use RTC Clock of CPU for followings application. if possible, please help me kindly:

1. Active/Deactivate a relay output every 10 sec
2. Active/Deactivate a relay output at specified time e.g. 23:59:59 daily.
3. Calculate today runtime of a pump

yes i think it is possible to use the S7 1200 for your purposes.

You can use the functions read_local_time and operating hours counter and a loop of a turn-off delay.

Did you mean RD_SYS_T: Read time-of-day?

Its description in help is as followings:

"We use this instruction to read out the current date and current time-of-day of the CPU clock. The read out dates are output at the OUT output parameter of the instruction. The provided value does not include information about the local time zone or daylight saving time."

How is it possible to do this? if possible, please show me an image/example kindly.
