Using PLCSIM and WINCC Runtime at the same PC

I want to test an Automation system before buying the components .

Is it possible to use PLCSIM in TIA portal V13 along with WINCC Runtime at the same PC and establish the communication between them .

In other words , Using PLCSIM as the PLC and the Rutime as the SCADA system but both in same PC .

Should be all right, but there can be complications... So tell us a bit more.

What CPU did you configured in your project? What version of Wincc do you have? If you tell us we can recommend you the manuals which will easily guide trough the setup.

I checked on some stuff yesterday and I found that the problem was in the PG/PC interface.

I changed it to S71200/S71500 Simulation and it worked correctly .

But if you could help me with useful manual , tutorials and documentaion links for TIA PORTAL V13 (programming , WINCC ) It would really be great .
