Using profibus on s7400 with sinec l2 and et200m

Hello hello, Operating system: PCS7 7.1 S7400 with ET200M and S7300 CPU's. All connected through redundant ring of Sinec L2 OLM Due my problems with a S7300+CP342-5 connected through Sinec L2 OLM on profibus, I want to change the S7300for a ET200M station. This means that the program in the S7300 has to be integrated into PCS7 (not a real problem I think). But what I want to know if I can connect the "new" ET200m directly to the DP port of my S7400, where already the Sinec L2 modules are connected. I'm very carefull with incompatibility.... Because were still in testing phase, we do not want to make more costs than necessary.... Maybe it;s even better to buy a Scalance switch and add a ET200M with profinet connection..... To make it clear, I added a picture of the setup, Thank you... If somebody is interested... I can post anytest results of S7300 with PCS7 7,1 issues...I experienced... Thankss |
