Dear Sir,
We are using Sinamics S120, CU 310 Version 2.5X for our application (Communication on Profibus).

(1) Application - Drive is used to pull one big bar towards forward direction (Top) and then Hold it . After that This bar is recovered (Towards reverse direction).

(2) The problem faced is that when we insert this Bar towards forward direction and Hold it..
During holding we give Zero speed but break still open (we should not close break as per our application in Hold mode). So in Hold mode when speed is zero then Bar slippage is observed.
We think that can we increase Torque reference in Hold when when speed is zero to avoid slippage of the Bar at that particular time.

(3) Drive is configured in V/F mode and I think that may be I can try Speed control mode..

I need your suggestion and help...
