Using SQL Lite inside MTP Unified Comfort Panel

I have a unified comfort panel MTP1200 

and I try to use SQL Lite data base to store some paramteres and make a database for them 

I made a button to open a connection with the following script 

I have exactly the same problem with the same operator panel. The trace always gives me the same error HY00.
