Using the cable 6ES5 734-1BD20 for connect PLC to PC

pavlog2 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Good evening. I have a problem. I want to connect my PC (Windows XP SP3) with PLC S5-95U. I have the cable 6ES5 734-1BD20. So, 1st question: Can I use this cable for this? And 2d question: If i can use this cable, how can I do adapter to him DB25-->DB9?

It's an converter-cable for PC/RS232 to TTY/AG. 2.) You can take a normal 9-pin female adapter from D-Sub-coupling / 25-pin male D-sub connector.

I used adapter like this.But when I try to connect to the PLC (in the settings I select the COM1:Standard) appears an error : "Overflow in data exchange with PG". In the next time I selected a COM1, but an error appears once more: "Undefined character from the AS". Then I select COM2, and appears the next error message: "System message no.:0334". How I can correct this mistakes? Please tell me if you can)
