I have an application where I have a WinCC runtime advanced (V13) PC connected to (3) S7-1200 PLCs.  there is also a comfort panel attached to all (3) PLCs.

The runtime advanced is intended to be run on a PC with a large over head monitor.  I would like to program 3 screens that show basic information of each process. 

I would like to be able to automatically change and toggle sequentially through  the screens, which is generally easy enough to do with a PLC tag, but i am struggling to find a way to do it with only tags in the runtime application. 

I want this in the event that a PLC is offline, and that is going to be common.  Therefore i don't want to rely on a PLC tag to have control over the current screen of the runtime advanced.  also, i would like the option to have the user be able to enter a time value for the lag/display of each of the (3) screens to be kept before switching to the next screen.

I've looked through the forum posts and nothing seems to be even close to this request.

any advice is much appreciated.

You can find basics on screen navigation in the following link. You will have to set navigation at every screen.

For creating a delay before activating another screen, you need to do some scripting. Take a look at the following FAQ about how to create a delay in HMI.

You can use the script provided in above link to activate screen via some internal tag after the delay. You call your script in the Click event of your button.
