V16: cannot connect through ie general connection

having the same issue with windows 10 pro, v16 wincc rt advanced- cannot connect thur ie general connection, plc connect is great, but starting run time, the hmi will not see the plc-s71200. v14 tia windows 7 , i had no issue with rt connecting- worked great, but tia v16 is for windows 10- so my question is what has changed in v16 with the RT Advanced- Thanks- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
