V20 40Hp: Can it work with solar?

Tractor Gold Expert Joined: 3/27/2008 Last visit: 12/4/2024 Posts: 1149 Rating: (142)	Hi The V20, MPPT (Maximum Power point Tracking), employed internal software to energise the V20, track the solar gain, and maintain a supply to the pump whilst sufficient energy was available for the device to operate. Whilst this was an innovative design, for some reason this was withdrawn from use at an early stage. To replicate this requires a device which is external to the V20, and able to monitor the solar panel output of some 600Volts DC, which is required by the V20. Tractor
