V20 digital output when torque reach

See chapter 5.6.2.9 of the V20 operating instructions manual. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109799545 With the proper setting of p2181 the V20 triggers a warning when the specified torque is exceeded. You can also use r2198 bit 11 to signal this warning via a digital output.
