V20 Hoist Conveyor

My gear:400V 3KW FILT C3 6SL3210-5BE23-0CV0 and brake module 6SL3201-2AD20-8VA0 The lift only runs on 1Hz, though I have three fixed speeds. While jogging the motor runs, but very porly(choppy) While jogging the motor down, the motor goes up a bit, then standstills and triggers F6. Jogging UP the motor runs fairly fine, while a little choppy. Worked fine with the old MM440. Any parameters in the V20 that could be the problem? Tried altering boost with no luck Attatching the old parameter list from the MM440, these parameters where the only changes needed to run from factory defaults. P1210 = 0, change this, disable the flying start. P1216 = 1 or 2 seconds, check if this works better? P1237 = 5, make this greater, I assume a brake chopper is fitted? P1240 = 0, disable the VDC controller if the brake chopper is fitted? For the inverter to develop a good level of torque 1Hz is very low?? The parameter numbers for the MM4 and V20 are the same in this application, I have made some sugguestions which my help?? Tractor

P0732 is set to 52.C - Holding brake enable Flying start is disabled P1216 is brake delay, will cause the lift to drop A brake chopper is installed, 150ohm on the external brake module P1240 is disabled increasing P1080 to 10Hz the motor starts, but runs very poorly and stutters Up and down works via the D1, but while jogging the motor runs up even though I change jog direction!?
