V20 no speed from modbus (receiving but not running)

Hello everyone.

I am with this problem since yesterday and i am tearing my head off with this problem. 

Its my first time setting modbus with v20 inv. The cpu is a S7-1200 with a cm1241 rs485 board.

I have searched through all the forum, and downloaded all the siemens modbus examples (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/63696870) and read through all the inverter and plc documentation with no luck, appearently i am the only one having this problem. There was another guy but he solved it using DI as command source. I dont want that, i want tu run it only by modbus.

So the problem is the next one: I can reach the inverter, it shows the setpoint on the BOP but it flashes between current setpoint and 0hz. If i send ON/OFF1 command to inverter it runs but with 0hz frequency, as it another source setpoint was selected.

P700 and P1000 setting is 5. i have factory resetted the vfd and tried cn011, i also tried to put settings manually, and always getting the same result. 

r0967 shows 44e when ON/OFF1 is 0 and 044f when bit 0 is ON.

Parameters P1074 shows 2018.1 as main setpoint.

There is a Parameter which i cannot access (P0719) which is supossed to have priority over p0700 and p1000, but i don't know why i cannot access it from the BOP (of course user access setting is 3) which was my last option to check.

Edit: attached video to explain sittuation. As you can see, setpoint reaches destination, and ON/OFF1 command turns on VFD, but with 0hz setpoint. No speed from motor

please check you setpoint channel if any enabling signals is missing which sets the setpoint to 0.
For example with help of r1170 and r1114 you can see what setpoint is used at the beginning and the end of you setpoint channel.

According to the information of r967 it looks like you haven`t given the enable signals of you ramp function generator, so the effective setpoint will be 0.

YES, thank you. I was in fact turning on all the bits needed in control word (1,2,3,4,5,6 & 10) but in the HMI i was selecting the action InvertBitInTag, and appearently bits 5 and 6 where on TRUE, while the others on FALSE, thats why i couldnt find the problem and also the reason i was getting 44e instad of 47e.

I changed the event to SetBitInTag, and added another button to Reset them.
