V20: when use it with level relay it doesn't work - error code f3

hello, we have a problem with sinamic V20, when we use it with level relay doesn't work "error code is f3" but when we switch it to manual start, 

Another thing all this malfunction starts when we connect the C of the level relay with the ground,
