V90 connect with V-ASSIstance, Unsupported drive order number or firmware version

Dear Sir, We have v90 drive .when i connect it with V-ASSIstance and taking into online mode.. it is going to online and shows following massage: SINAMICS V90. order No.:6SL3210-5FE11-5UAO, V10500 when i click OK... ten following massage appear: Unsupported drive order number or firmware version... please help??? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, check the version of V-Assist. You need min V1.03 for this Drive Version. The Latest V-Asssist you can download here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109738387
