V90 F7995 Fault

Dear Friends.

I have got the same problem, F7995 but during startup.

There are 5 motors in project, all V90's and all work except one.

Checked and compared all the parameters.

The drive just will not home, with F7995 ("Motor indentification fault") in the screen on the drive.

When i push the motor by hand it 'picks up' and starts the homeing like normal.

Somebody has an idea?

The P1982 parameter, suggested above, i do not have..

Motor is a 1FL6-2AF21-1AA1 (400Watt, inc, 2500, no brake) and the drive is a 6SL3210-5FB10-4UF1

The correct parameter tuning took quite some effort. I can swop motors but prefer te learn more. The machine is standing with my customer..

The way the drive is assigned in the plc is the same is the other motors. I read elsewere this fault has to do with the pole positions... I encountered this earlier with an other drive, but then it dissapeared when i used a motor with brake. Thinking about it, this points indeed to the motor.. Or mabye the distance of the encoder zero mark in reference to the home sensor?

For now i focus on the clue that a hand push will initiate the home sequence (during an initial timeframe of circa 2 seconds).

Will update further results but would be happy to receive some advice..

Is that a motor ID fault?  Is your motor trying to perform automatic tuning when enabled?

Or, is it possible the motor ID from drive-cliq does not match what is configured in the project?

Do you use starter to access the V90, or some other tool?

What is the state of the drive?  Commissioning mode?

What motor ID fault?  Sometimes a sub-fault which tells you what type of motor ID fault.

Like trying to run a drive that is still in the motor ID sequence, or at least capable of starting another motor ID test.
