V90 Fault on STO

Hello everyone,

I have an application with four servo motors V90, and every time that I activate STO, after restore to safe condition, all servo get error of Profidrive (Driver has shutdown), and I need to execute the MC_Reset block to ack this error.

I have two situations:

#1 E-stop button: When I press the emergency stop button, 2 contactor cut the power supply (see attachment). After restore safe condition, drivers up normally.

#2 Safety Door: When I open any machine door, 2 contactor activate de STO (see attachment). After restore safe condition, drivers up with fault (ErrorID: 16#800C and ErrorInfo: 16#003D), forcing me to execute MC_Reset block

I wonder if there is some problem with this circuit.. Maybe we are using STO in a wrong way..

Could anyone help me with this issue?

Well, not exactly the same precondition for both scenarios. On first scenario, with E-Stop button, servo power can be cut off at any moment, but the second scenario, with safety door, I have a request signal telling me to unlock the door, so it's possible to know when the contactors of STO will trigger. 

Precisely because I know when the STO will trigger, I would like to avoid this errors. Should I do something with MC blocks before open the door?

My program, for both scenarios have the same behavior, just physically they have diferences (first case I just interrupt power supply, keeping STO, second case I just interrupt STO, keeping power supply).

When I restore safe condition, drivers up normally only at first scenario.

To solve this problem, I'm reseting the error automatically after restore safety door, although error still exist.

Thanks, disabling MC_Power.Enable 1 second before STO was enough to fix this issue.
