V90 pn Problem: Difference between actual online and offline configuration data

When I go online with the PLC I am not able to get diagnostic data from the V90. It says: Difference between actual online and offline configuration data. When I open the tab "online acces" I can open the V90 and see for example the module description. I tried "right click" on the v90 in the network overview and selected "Download to device" -> "all". That did not help. Was that the way you recommended or do I need to do something different?
