V90 PROFIdrive: Drive has shut down.

roberto.cori Member Joined: 2/14/2019 Last visit: 3/15/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm working on a new project on a 1212FC CPU to control two V90 and two G120C via PROFInet. I'm using two F-DO for the STO signal and gsdml-v2.32-siemens-sinamics_v90 to control the two servo as Tecnology Object. (I'm working on TIA v14.1) The system work quite well but often the TO goes into error (both stationary and in motion): 16#800C 16#003D PROFIdrive/analog drive connection: Drive has shut down. The drive haven't any fault, I have to reset the TO to re-enable it. I tried to select a smaller gain (Kv) as suggest in the manual but doesn't change. I have read in the forum about the "dark-tests" of the F-DO that is not support by V90, but I think is not a problem of S7-1200 (or at least I don't find this configuration).
