V90 Servo's and 1511 T plc - in the hardware catalog all article number finish with "x"

Hi All

I have a project with 2  V90Servo's and 1511 T plc. I have just install tia portal v16 for trying. And install HSP for V90. But in the hardware catalog all article number finish with "x".

6SL3 210-5FE15-0UFx like this.

So when i try to make a program there is a fault like

"Error in lower-level component

Additional information for the module:
Differences were found between the loaded configuration and the offline project.
Online article number:  6SL3 210-5FE15-0UF0
Offline article number:  6SL3 210-5FE15-0UFx"

How can I solve that problem.
