V90 Start Stop - Using I/O Terminal

heroinhero Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, I'm working in automation project, I've bought next parts: -> SIMOTICS S-1FL6 1FL6034-2AF21-0AA - 0.4kW - 2.6A - NN=3000rpm - M0=1.27Nm - ENCODER TTL 2500 incr/rev -> SINAMICS V90 6SL3210-5FB10-4UF1 - 3AC200-230V - 2.6A - 0.4kW - IP20 I need to do a Speed Control in a machine, I've connected the v90 and the servomotor, I'm programming in V-ASSISTANT, I can move the motor trought the software, But I can't move the motor trought IO terminals block, I can read the voltage in analog input, but I don't know what is the digital input that let me start the motor, I've combined some terminals to start the motor, but no success. heroinhero Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, This drive have only Speed control mode (S), and Basic positioner control mode (EPOS). In S mode I can set only these digital inputs: Reset, TLIM, SLIM, and EMGS.In EPOS mode I can set only these digital inputs: Reset, CWL, CCWL, TLIM, SLIM, REF, and EMGS. The problem is that I need a Servo on signal, and I cant set CWL or CCWL as digital inputs in S mode. (see attachment) What can I do? Thanks in advance, Attachment v90-problem.png (253 Downloads)

Servo-on • 0→1: powers on power circuit and makes servo drive ready to operate. • 1→0: motor ramps down (OFF1) in PTI, Fast PTI, IPos, and S modes; motor coasts down (OFF2) in T mode.
