Pee Ell Sea Posts: 672 Rating: (57)	Hi, Don't think it can be done as you do not have access the original screen build software. You can create a new screen off the main screen to display things or you could possibly create your own main screen from scratch and replace the original. It may be possible to display your variable as part of an operator message.

alcor Posts: 13 Rating: (1)	Ask a Siemens technician about use of HotWin package. Is one of the so called "Easy Tools" offered by Siemens in order to add new "Windows" in HMI screens. You may create quite fast a new Window (like a new application in Windows) over one portion of the main screen of the HMI, displaying a variable of the HMI (for example value of an R parameter, a GUD value or the current date and time). An example could be displaying the hour in the left-up corner of the screen (above the right vertical softkey area). It's very easy to learn and use. Enjoy.
