Very slow PID temperature

Hi,

we have situation where we are using block PID temperature (TIA16) for heating boiler - very slow response (around 40 minutes delay).

 Is it possible to see  calculated values of  P,I,D  seperatly, like it was possible on old PID block in STEP 7 5.5?

Has anybody some experinces what values of P,I,D, deadband, delays constants... shoud be used in such slow process?

I want to make realy slow PID. Increase of PID output value  1% every 15 seconds. is this possible?

Because of real time process we cant preform pretuning, and fine tuning doesnt give us good results. Can i record real response and do some simulations?
