Very URGENT- BLM (100kW) shows fault

Mothilal Posts: 165 Rating: (25)	Hello experts, We are facing one serious problem with the Basic Line Module of 100kW. BLM shows the fault "F30021 Power unit: Ground fault V4.4". We checked the wiring and all ... all are ok...No line to ground fault present inside the panel.. Finally we decided to use a new BLM instead of that faulty one. We give only 24 V dc power supply to the new BLM unit for testing purpose(after discussing with siemens technical person). This time the new BLM shows the following fault code: "F30025-Power unit: Chip overtemperature V4.4" "F30005-Power unit: Overload I2t V4.4" Why this is happening? The BLM is operated with SINAMICS S120 CU320 control unit, four servo drive and one Braking module. I have attached the screen shot of the faults (for new BLM).... We areusing toroidal transformer(primary input - 415V AC (R,Y phase) and the secondary side output- 230V AC)(for power supply input 230V AC to 24 V DC) our panel incoming supply is only R,Y,B and Earth.Here no neutral terminal . In the secondary terminal side of the toroidal transformer, we have two wires i.e one for PHASE( 230 V) and another one for artificial NEUTRAL (0 V). We have looped the '0V' wire with the EARTHwire. we removed that looping part and we did the power on. Now CU did not show any fault code (line to grond fault). Ithink this might be the problem for thefault F30021. Buti dont know the exact reason and how this fault is dissaper after removing theneutral to earth loop wire. If any one know the reason, please letme know Thanks Regards Mothilal
