Hi Atul Gupta, Manually add connections for both CPUs in NETPRO. Call comm. blocks for both CPU with diffrent conn. ID. Write logic in PLC that if CPU0 fails, CPU1 comm. block will be active. Otherwise CPU0 comm. block is active. U can use SFC51 for CPU RUN/STOP status info. Hope this helps!!!!!!! |

Is that the only option !? Can we do in Hardware redundancy ? in TIA Portal , All Profinet VFDs doesn't accept multi-assignment like other profinet I/O Sachinpatke

Hello, Same as Y-link in Profibus, we have Y-switch for Profinet. You have to use it for communicaiton of devices not supporting system redundancy, with H-systems. some sinamics VFDs support system redundancy. see this post. HTH Kbv. |
