View Excel data in WinCC

GMEDEIROS Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am trying to show data from an excel file in a Wincc screen. I try to use the OLE element, but it just display a fixed and limited part of the file. Is it possible to show an online table of excel file in wincc? thanks for the help.

GMEDEIROS Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your help dchartier. I saw the tips, but what I need is just to show in a WinCC screena report made in excel. Its is not necessary to change values or something like that. In other systems I could just use an Active X to do it. It was not necessary to have a comunication.

aikona Posts: 487 Rating: (36)	Hi You can import info from excel ... Go to help ,search and look for Example: Accessing MS Excel with VBA Method 2 .. In the picture designer ,Object palette ,select the tab controls , put your mouse inside the block and click leftmouse , you can now add OCX objects.If excel is installed then you should find ' Microsoft office spreadsheet' object. try it .
